what's a feedback culture ? ' mm that's a good question, nobu '

well, i would say a feedback culture is one where :

1/ people r open to feedback '

2/ feedback is collected by default, not when people ask for it ' so when someone feels the need to submit feedback, it's not perceived as "disruptive" or earth shattering ' which also means ...

3/ feedback can b submitted without fear of retaliation '

4/ people within the culture improve via improved awareness about how their behavior is perceived by their peers, their "elders" and their "youngers" '

5/ the culture as a whole improves bc people r invested in one another's growth and they have ways to surface and clarify misunderstandings, rather than assume ill will ' 

it's probably worth saying that i don't live in a feedback culture, either societally or in many of the groups i socialize, organize and enjoy passing time with ' in general, i feel like the societies and groups that i spend most of my time in tend to b hostile to feedback ' instead of giving and receiving feedback, people tend to develop resentments and / or leave their families, groups and communities, leading to the deterioration of society over time ' 

and so, this is one of /my/ small attempts to improve social cohesion ' feel free to mimic or implement ur own ! '
